Excellent experience start to finish. Very professional. Treated my wife and I with the upmost courtesy and respect. Showed up for pickup and delivery early each morning. Drove 8 hours one direction on day one from South Georgia up to East Tennessee, delivered on day two. BTW – I live in the hills of east Tennessee and these guys had to do some hauling – never once did they complain. Team worked hard the entire time. No slacking. Really great crew. Followed instructions very professionally. Collaborated and planned effectively before and during the move. Made my life much easier. Highly recommend. Would use this outfit every time.

Fair pricing! The move was easy and pretty fast! Brent was responsive and helpful when I had questions. I also appreciated his professionalism. Our move was a lot less stressful knowing I didn’t have to worry about all our big furniture!

Hands down the most professional moving company I have ever worked with. The quality and care you receive is worth every penny. They wrap everything and make sure nothing can be damage on the move. They are punctual and accommodating to what you need done. Will use them again on the next move.

Obtaining an estimate was easy, quick. Brent was very responsive and flexible. Having to arrange a move remotely is challenging but the scheduling and movers were very understanding, fair, professional. I'd go with this company again if needed.

The movers took better care of my things than I would have taken. They were friendly and patient with someone who hasn't moved in 30 years. Don't waste your time getting a price from anyone else. Their price was more than fair. If I ever move again, I am calling these guys.

This was a positive experience from beginning to end. The office staff was very helpful when I called. They let me make some last minute changes. And John and Jason were super. They worked really hard in the extreme heat. They very carefully wrapped and taped all my fragile pieces. I would recommend them!

HHG is the most professional moving company I’ve dealt with in a long time! Bay FaceTimed with me and a video was taken of the antique piece I needed moved. He quoted a reasonable price and was able to arrange in a timely manner. Mike and John arrived at the beginning of the two hour window. They wrapped the extremely heavy piece and carefully moved it into the truck. After a 4 hour drive, my antique buffet arrived without a scratch. They took their time discussing and agreeing on the best way to move it into the house. Mike and John were both courteous and pleasant. I appreciated their efforts on my behalf and will definitely use HHG movers again.

At a moment’s notice, the professionals at HHG Movers helped my family move from the third floor of an apartment complex. They packed the truck well to ensure my property wasn’t damaged in transit. Mike, Cree, and Matt were great to work with. They handled all furniture and belongings with care. The guys were fast and very efficient! Bay was great to work with during process of setting itinerary for our long distance move. There was miscommunication a couple of times, but Bay was easy to contact and reconciled any issues. Will use the company with furniture moves, if available.

We hired HHG movers to move us when we purchased a new home. The employees they sent out were very friendly and efficient. They loaded everything up quickly and safely. None of the items they loaded or unloaded were damaged. If they took it apart, they put it back together at the new location. They also took time to verify where things went at the new location. I would definitely use them again.

I must say that my wife and I are completely thrilled with HHG Movers.Our experience with them was first class from day one when I talked with Brent Baldwood through the unloading in Old Hickory, Tennessee; as well as the follow up call from Brent when all was done.Courtesy, sincere concern, desire for excellence, and a total top-notch service was what we witnessed.What happened?Jeremy, Victor and Deric arrived first to prep our home for the move getting everything ready for the rest of the crew to put everything into action for a smooth and efficient process. Jeremy did a walk through with me making sure they understood what was to be taken and what was not.He then led the crew through the process.When Cree, Tony and Victor drove the truck to Old Hickory, Tennessee and arrive exactly on time for the unload they made sure we knew they would arrive at 8:00 AM “SHARP” for the unload to begin. And that is what happened.My wife and I where not there for the unload, but my daughter called me with this remark about Cree, Tony and Victor: “Dad, these men were such amazingly happy and friendly men, and wanting to make sure we were pleased! Bill Case, Kenneth Goforth, Michael Frazier, Victor Morales, Pedro Sarabia and Cristian Camarillo all worked on our office move. They were all professional and hard working. They did not even take a lunch break in order to get our move done quickly. I appreciated all their attention to putting our office furniture back together and didn't leave until everything was where we wanted it. I would highly recommend HHG Movers for your office move.
