Older About Us Statement year 2021 -
HHG Movers was founded in 2015 with a bit of passion, luck, and a whole lot of hard work. Starting out with my wife’s mini van and some specialty tools, we worked with customers seeking labor services to load their U-Hauls or move items around their home. Finally earning enough to purchase a truck, we thought we had made it to the big league, only to find out our truck performed just three moves before becoming an expensive paperweight. For the first few years, HHG Movers was run by just three people out of my living room. Alternating as mover and phone rep our team pushed through and persevered with hard work, determination to succeed and a LOT of failures. I believe our mindset of jumping on EVERY opportunity presented is what drives our success today. Present day, we’ve grown to an astounding Five power units, 15 employees, dedicated office space, self-storage facility, Traditional Warehouse Vaulted Storage, Climate Controlled Vaulted Warehouse Storage, and Onsite Storage Containers. This is a really big deal for our small Southern Towns...
My goal is to grow HHG Movers so that it is known as the go-to place in South Georgia for the best moving experience.
I recognized long ago that I could not do this by myself. The men and women out in the trucks and the folks working in the office are the ones that allow us to be successful. I am full of ideas, goals and desires, but truly these folks dedication to my business is the secret to our success. I can have all the ideas, goals and desires I want, but without this team of great individuals driving this business we would be nothing.
